Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Downgraded to 4 stars. And probably will be down to 3 if they dont improve. Somehow they always managed to not fulfill my orders completely. Running out of big cup. Herbal jelly not ready Operating hours are different at the two outlets. Sign says "Open" but they are not ready"
"Gong cha is my current most favourite place to relax . The seats are limited , but usually people were there not for long so there are always seats available. The price of drinks are affordable & the interesting is You can choose your own 1. cup size 2. Level of sugar from 0%, 30%, 50%, 70% to 100% (oh my!!) 3. Level of ice too (less of full) My fav drinks are Earl Grey Milk Tea with Coffee Jelly & recent Lemon Aiyu with white pearl. Give a try!"
"Good place to get bubble tea fix..good place to chat with friends.. Space a lil bit limited.. Last call order at 10.30pm close at 11.00pm..friendly and helpful staff.."
"Very tasty but a bit expensive.. Most tasty flavour is salted chocolate less ice and full sugar if regular like RM7. 90 large is RM10. 90"
"This must be the nicest milky tea I have had so far, salted cream on the signature melon tea. I wish Gong Cha will stay in the market for long. Nothing compare to this."
"Variety of beverages - I recommend first timers to try any of those labelled with the crown mark (see photo of beverage menu) if you’re not sure what to order. I love that customers can ‘custom’ order like no sugar, choose toppings and also request for less ice so they can really taste the actual flavor and not overpowered by sugar. Staff customer service very good, casual yet professional. Knowledgeable of the beverages. Area is clean, quite small space but always available whenever I walked in. Can use wall port to charge laptop/tablet/phone for free. Toilet also clean and well managed. Sometimes shop can be a little warm but can ask the staff to set AC to cooler temp."
"Great drinks. Small cafe. Very limited seats and space to move"
"Hahaha.. Like you see, sometimes takes time to make another until mine melting"
